About Us — ¿Quien es Diverse Resources?

Diverse Resources was launched in June 2004 to assist businesses with their Marketing and HR consulting needs in both English and Spanish.

Growing up in Panama and working with the Hispanic community in the greater Boston area, has given Principal, Debra Farrell, the language fluency and bicultural experience to effectively serve companies with multicultural workforces. Diverse Resources also partners up with other consultants/companies (See Professional Affiliates) to better serve your business needs.

Debra holds an MBA from the Simmons School of Management and a B.S. in Marketing from Boston University.

Diverse Resources is certified by the state of Massachusetts as a minority woman-owned business enterprise (M/WBE).
